  • The Time Gate: Your time is a gift from God. Wisdom teaches us to number our days and prioritize what truly matters.

IV. How to Set Boundaries with Grace

  • Let your "Yes" be "Yes" and your "No" be "No": (Matthew 5:37). You don't need to over-explain a boundary set in prayer.
  • Follow the Pattern of Jesus: Jesus often withdrew from the crowds to pray and be with the Father. He knew when to give and when to rest.
