God is good.Well, you guys ready for the word today?You guys excited?I wore a suit for you.Uh, but I'ma take it off 'cause it's hot.SoOkay, it fell.It's a good suit.This is like a cool suit.Yeah.So it doesn't wrinkle.You can actually roll it up like this.And it won't wrinkle.Come on now.Isn't that amazing?It's what happens when you travel all over the world.You have to have suits that don't wrinkle.Come on.Yeah.And you can't have it 'cause it will not fit you.Come on now.It'll fit, like, half arm.You guys feed them something in Arizona, like something, there's something in the water.God is good.I'm ex- excited.I'm super excited to be here, uh, with your pastors and the great Victory Outreach movement and churches all over the world.How many are grateful for Victory Outreach?You know, Pastor Danny Carman, they, uh, they're, they're, they've come here and pioneered and given 10 years of their life- Come onto be able to, to birth what God is doing, and that's not easy.And it's not easy on a family, it's not easy on a marriage, it's not easy.There's spiritual warfare.How many know the Devil doesn't want life-giving churches?But the Devil's a liar.Thank God for husbands and wives and families that are willing to sacrifice.So let's thank God for our pastors, thank God for their children, thank God for their families.I think sometimes we don't realize, but the kids sacrifice a lot, uh, 'cause they're in the ministry too.And so how many thank God for our children and our families that serve, uh, serve God alongside us?Amen.It's a blessing.So, uh, I brought 2 young men here in the corner there.They've been with me for a long time, and very successful.Philip, Pastor Philip, runs all of our students, so he's a smart one.And the other one, he's super successful in business and ministry, and, uh, and, uh, he's the troublemaker.So perfect combo right there.But I actually had them move into my house many years ago, and look what God can do.How many know we make disciples?Come on.We make disciples.And so, um, one of the reasons I, I, I, I love Victory Outreach is I kinda came out of a Victory Outreach.I came out of a men's home.How many- Whoo.Yeah.How many men's home?Anybody from the home here?Okay.Whoo.All right.So I got one word for you.What?Don't leave until they kick you out.No, that'sBut most guys go to the home for a year, right, 9 months.I was in the home for 5 years.So what does that tell you?I was jacked up.I was jacked up.But God is kind, huh?How many know He's so kind and He can fix up what the Devil messed up.Amen.And, uh, and so I tried to get to Victory Outreach, I really did, in the mother church.And they didn't, they didn'tI told Pastor Sonny Jr., "You guys didn't want me."But they were, they were out of room, so I went down the street to another home that, but that pastor actually came out of Victory Outreach.And so very similar background, you know.And, and I thank.And anything good, we say come out of the homes.And yes, great things can come out of home.Treasures out of darkness can come out.Amen.So I'm a product of that.So, uh, I forever love Victory Outreach 'cause of that, and, um, I, I'm really grateful for your ministry.And I just got back from Malaysia and I was thinking, "Why is there not a Victory Outreach in Malaysia?"You get, you got, somebody needs to get raised up to go to Malaysia, Indonesia, China.Come on, somebody.Good food.Really good food.Great people.A- and, uh, God is good.So let, let's pray and then get right into the Word of God.And I pray that, uh, it's a blessing to you, and if it's not, uh, it's just the jet lag.You know, I'm jet lagged.Let's pray.Father, I thank you for, uh, allowing me to speak and minister today.I thank you for this great ministry.I thank you for these pastors.I thank you for their hunger and their sacrifice and their love for you.The whole time I've been with Pastor, he's just talked about the church.He's a pastor's pastor.He's a pastor.Thank you for giving these precious people a shepherd.You said that you would bless the people with a shepherd after your own heart.Thank you that you've raised them up, and you're raising others up now to a new city.Take more territory in this, in this region, Father.give you the glory and the honor and the praise for what you're doing.for what you're about to do.Holy Spirit, we welcome you.Could you just lift your hands to heaven for a moment and just, just worship the Lord.If you have a heavenly language, just thank Him.If you, just thank Him for a moment.Just thank Him.Holy Spirit, we invite your mighty presence into this room.Holy Spirit.We wait on you, Lord.Fill this place with your glory.Without your anointing, it doesn't, what we do doesn't work.Ah, but with the anointing, the yoke is broke.Liberty and freedom manifests.give you glory, Father.We give you the praise.Thank you for your anointing.Amen.Amen.Well, before you sit down, go and turn to your neighbor and give them a big great Bourgeois, huh?Come on, Mesa.That's how we do it.All right.So, um, this is on my heart.Um, so let's, uhYeah.So h- h- here's the message.You ready?The good newsHow many know we have good news?Yeah.All right.Say it with me, gospel.So the word gospel means good news.Right.Right?So how many know we believe in the gospel?Yeah.How many know we preach the gospel?Yeah.And what is the gospel?Say it, good news.Good news.So good news means- Gospeland gospel means- Good news And the title of my message is The Good News Changes Everything.Yeah.How many know that the gospel changes everything?That's right.In Luke 4:18 and 19, this is Jesus' first sermon he, He preached, and He said it this way.He said, "The spirit of the Lord is upon me," uh, because He hasI'm gonna just say something real quick too.Uh, how many here, you, uh, have a business?Let me see your hand, you have a business.Okay.Now you wanna pay attention to what I'm gonna say today because the anointing of God can get ahold of that business if you get a revelation of why God put you in business.That's right.Um, I also have a business.Your pastor's a businessman, so there's an entrepreneurial gift here, and it's created great resources for the Kingdom of God.Make up in your mind and in your heart that i- if God called me into business, I wanna be the one that writes the checks so we can get those new buildings, we can open up new homes.We can help more people.Come on, give God praise.Like that anointing is gonna hit today.How many are open to it?How many are open?I've never preached to you, but how many are open?Now, you're open?'Cause I may say things that are kinda strong, but just be open.If it's in the Bible, it's ours.Yeah.Okay, say that with me.If it's in the Bible- It's oursit's mine.It's mine."The spirit of the Lord is upon me because He has anointed me," or empowered me, or endowed me.Anointing is the difference-maker."To preach the gospel," or the good news, "to the poor.He se- He sent me with this anointing to heal the broken-hearted.He sent me with this anointing to proclaim liberty to captive.He sent me with this anointing to bring recovery of sight to the blind."How many know there's recovery in the gospel?When the gospel's preached, people's lives are recovered.Can I get an amen?Amen.When the gospel's preached under the anointing, there's aTh- thHe said, "I- I've come to set at liberty those who are oppressed."Even tonight, those that are struggling with any type of oppression, how many believe that that's leaving tonight and never gonna return again-in the name of the Lord Jesus?And, and when the gospel's preached under the anointing, the good news is preached, the time of the Lord's favor begins to manifest in that person's life.So those are 6 evidences of the good news being preached under the anointing.And the anointing is the difference-maker.You know, one time there was somebody that was, um, uh, singing Amazing Grace, and it was a person that's a most beautiful voice, and they sung it.People applauded, applauded because the voice was so good.But then an old lady went up there.Her voice wasn't as good, and she sang the same song, and everybody wept and cried.The difference was one had a gift and one had the anointing.Oh.How manyCome on, somebody.How many believe that theIf you're gonna clap, clap, because your praise is your agreement.How many thank God for the anointing of Go- of the Holy Spirit to change everything?How many believe there is an anointing on Victory Outreach Ministry?There's an anointing.There's a mantle.And so Jesus comes with this freedom, this anointing, to bring this liberty.So I'm gonna preach on 6 things that the good news does.Number one, it's good news to the poor.Read with me, Matthew 11:5.Say, the blind see.The blind see.How many know that's amazing?Yeah.The lame walk.I was listening to a story today about a minister, a healing evangelist, and he was in one of Kathryn Kuhlman's meetings.And Kathryn Kuhlman was a very famous healing evangelist, and, uh, she, you know, she, she was mightily used by God in miracles.They say the power of God would sh- show so strong in her meetings, uh, you could feel it from being down the street.People would start to shake in line- Wow'cause the power of God, the anointing was so strong for the healing.And, and she said one time he was taking care of this lady.She was in a wheelchair, and she wasThey hadYou know, she was just like this, he said.She, she was just like this.And for 2 days, they took her to the meeting where this m- evangelist was, was ministering, Kathryn Kuhlman, and in that, in that environment, they'd have to put her in the wheelchair.And she said, "Well, in this s- this, this, this area we- they don't allow the wheelchairs."But she wanted to be where the, where the, where the anointing was flowing.So she said, "Just take me out of the wheelchair and put me in the chair."And so they did.They put her in the chair, and then they sat on the balcony and kept an eye on her.He- she said, well, Kathryn started preaching.The anointing showed up, and she started vibrating, and then it got violent.And then it was like, he said it was like God started pulling her body straight.And the next thing you know, she went from this to this to this toAnd she stood straight up.He goes, "For 2 days, I took care of the crippled woman.Now she wasn't crippled anymore."Wow.How many know that's what the anointing of God can do?Give God a praise like the anointing is transforming your life.Say, "Pastor, why do you say give God praise?"Because praise is your agreement.Praise is your declaration of faith.We're not just making noise like, "Goal."No, we're saying yes to God.We're saying amen to God.That's why we shout.That's why we clap.That's why we get excited because we're, we're, we're receiving it even though we don't see it.Give God a praise like it's done.The blind see.The lame.And I've seen this happen in, in Nicaragua.I was in a jungle in Nicaragua wh- where we saw the blind see.The milky color eyes just changed.Wow.The lame walk.Look at this one.Those with leprosy are cured.You could say that's incurable diseases.You could put, uh, cancer- Yeahat the highest stage.You could put AIDS, and these incurable, no medical help, but when, when Jesus started ministering, the lepers were cured.Wow.Yeah.You could say the drug addicts, they say cannot be cured.Yes, they can when the anointing shows up.What about the deaf?Their ears just pop open.Yes.There's been a many evangelists that God used them in funny ways.So I don't make fun of evangelists.Yeah.They're different.I'm not an evangelist, but they're different.But, you know, don't make fun of them 'cause, hey, you may need 11 day.Oh my God.I mean, uh, this one evangelist used to put his ears in people's ears and rebuke thisNow, again, not every deaf is, person is, is, got a spirit, right?Come on.Some of it's just medical.They're just, just born with a deformity or whatever it is, but he would say, "Demon deaf spirit, come out."And they say their ears would pop, and then they could hear.Yeah.No, are you serious?Yeah.Jesus put mud and put it on somebody's eyes.Spit a loogie and healed them.Come on, that'sHopefully they don't do that to you.Like, healed.Okay.Come on, now.Right?The dead areAnd the deadWatch this.The deaf ear, and look at this.The dead are raised back to life.Yeah.The dead are raised back to life.In Reinhard Bonnke's meeting, it's, it's, it's historic.It's, it's documented that they put a dead body under the, under the stage.They took him out of the morgue and put him under the stage.And as Reinhard was preaching, he started rebuking the spirit of death.The dead man came right back to life.Come on.In the ministry of, in the min- in the ministry of Jesus, Lazarus was dead for 3 days.Yeah.His spirit was gone.It was in the sp- It was gone.It was in the ether world.He was gone.His body was already rigor mortised, set in, blood congealed, eye socket sunken.He's gone.But, but, but when Jesus told, "Lazarus, come forth," his spirit went right back in his body, and he was supernaturally healed, brought back to life.That's an ama- It's a miracle.Yeah.How many know Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forevermore?He's still a miracle working God.Yeah.What about when the little boyJesus couldn't even go to funerals anymore.What about the little boy?He's likeHe'sThey're, they're crying.The mom's crying.They're, they're carrying the little boy through the city.He's dying, and Jesus touches the c- He's dead.Touches the coffin, and the little boy comes right back to life.When he comes to the, the little girl, and she died, and he said, "Talitha cumi, little damsel, rise," and the dead girl comes back to life.This is the ministry of Christ.And we getAnd we should get excited about that because He's the same God, and He's still working these kind of miracles today.Even in the Old Testament, we saw resurrection from the dead.Yeah.When Elijah was dead and he was buried and his bones were revealed, shallow grave, and they put that dead soldier in there.Once that dead man hit the bones of E- I feel the power of God.Yeah.Once the dead man hit the bones of Elijah, he came back to life.I believe something that died is about to come back to life.Somebody ought to shout like we serve the God who can raise the dead.Come on.The blind see.The lame walk.The incurables are cured.The deaf have their ears open.The dead are raised back to life.And, say and.And.The good news- Whoois being preached to the poor.Amen.See, we, we'll, we'll get excited over the lame.We'll get excited over the leper.We get excited over the deaf.But do we get excited that the Gospel is preached to the poor?And what's good news to the poor?Your days of poverty have come to an end.And the sp- Oh, you're not ready for me.Come on and shout in here.See, see, people, people, th- th- you wanna get attacked on YouTube, this is how you get attacked That's how you get attacked because people think all preachers want is your money.First and foremost, I don't need the money.I didn't come here to get paid.That's right.Come on.I came with my own.I'm blessed.That's right.God's been gracious to me.I'm a businessman.Come on.I give way more than I, I could ever imagine.Somebody say amen.So get that out of the way.I'm not here for any of that.I'm here to tell you that when you get ahold of this anointing, one of the things that it does, it re- it lifts you.Come on.Redemptive lifts.Makes you the head and not the tail, lender, not the borrower, above and not beneath.Somebody shout like it's lifting you in every area.In every area.When you go to the gro- the store, when you go to that taco stand- Come onand you say, "Give me 3 carne asada tacos."What's the next thing that comes out of your mouth?Con todo.Con todo.I want everything on there.Everything.Give me everything.Every- I want it all.Now they just give it to you and you put it all yourself.Come on.Come on.But that's what God wants to say to you and I.I want to give you everything.I want to bless you in the city.I want to bless you in the field.I want to bless your marriage.I want to bless your finance.I want to bless your children.The good news to the poor.Where there's poverty, there's curses.Where there's poverty, there's addiction.Where there's poverty, there's brokenness, but when Jesus comes, there's a redemptive lift.Give God a shout like there's good news to the poor.Elbow your neighbor and say, "I got good news."Heavy, huh?Preach.Part of the assignment that we have a- at Freedom City, uh, the Lord gave it tothis to us a long time ago.He goesYou, youWhen it wasI was praying, I was like, "Well, Lord, what do you want me to do?"He says, "I want you to go to the city of Whittier."And I was like, "Whittier, are you sure?"This is all being recorded, right?Gotta be careful nowadays.You know what I mean?Yeah.Well, justYou'll get it.Okay.So anyway, I said, "Whittier?They, they don't like me there.They wanna, you know, they wanna kill me on th- over there."And he, and the Lord said, "I want you to go back to that city.I'm gonna protect you.Everyone that was after your life is dead 'cause you live by the sword, you know, you "That's the way itYou sow, you reap.It's not like God's out killing people, but they, they lived that lifestyle, you know?And, uh, and so Iand so the Lord said, "I'll protect you."And he did.He has.And, and then he said, "I want you to go tell the Pharaoh of that city."I get emotional.Whatever.Come on.Come on.I used to never cry.I cry now.I don't care.Yeah.Come on.I don't care.I never cried before, now I cry whenever.Yeah.It's like aI don't know what happened to me.I got cried baby.I don't know.Anointing didit broke me.I don't know.I cry in, like, 3 languages, Hebrew, tongues, and English.And Spanish.4.But, uh, yeah.Anyway, I, IHe said, "Go tell the Pharaoh of that city let my people go."Yeah.His time is up.And then so I think that's one of the, the assignments obviously.But then, and then he's like, "You're gonna t- "And then, then the word of the Lord comes to me.He's like, "You're, you're gonna take them from making bricks to owning bricks."Yeah.And that's what it means to be the head and not the tail.Yeah.I'm not telling everyone you're gonna be a gazillionaire or not, but God will take care of you.That's right.And God will supply for you, for it's true what the brother said, the blessing of the Lord will make a man rich.We don't like that word in church, but it's in the Bible.Yeah.And youYou could hate all you want, but it's in the Bible, and the devil didn't put it there.Come on.God put it there.Yeah.'Cause God takes care of his servants.GodAnd if God takes care of his servants, I think God will take care of his son, and God will take care of his daughter, and I believe you are sons and daughters of God.And God is gonna take care of every one of your needs.The blessing of the Lord makes.It doesn't ask permission.It makes.It's a force.You can't see it, but it's a force.You saw it in the life of Abraham.You saw it hit his wife's womb and open the womb.Yeah.You saw it take him to the level he went in life.It hit his son Abraham and then it jumped on Isaac.And then Isaac, no matter what they did, caved on him.They, they buried, they did all this stuff.They tried to oppress him allThey couldn't stop him.E- a famine couldn't even stop him 'cause there was an invisible force called the blessing working for that man.And no matter how much they tried to stop him, they couldn't 'cause the blessing was working for him.They tried to stop Jacob, and his uncle tried to bury him in the backside of nowhere, but at the end of the day, he came out with 2 companies because the blessing was working for him.It was on Solomon.It was on David.It was on Joseph.Come on, somebody.And it's on you.Yeah.Give God a shout like the blessing of the Lord maketh.Yeah.We keep going.Somebody say the anointing.TheAnd I like the way it says the blessing of the Lord brings true, true r- riches.True.Not just money.I, I, I, I, I'm around a lot of people with a lot of resource 'cause of the business world.And, and but they're not, they're not, they're not blessed.Just having money doesn't make you blessed.It doesn't make you blessed because you got moneyLike, when I was in a city just recently, and they had a lot of money, but the guy has, you know, 3 wives and 3 families on the side.That's not the blessing.God wants to bless us in every area.Yeah.Somebody say amen to that.Amen.I'm, I'm gonna believe this with you.You're gonna have the best jobs.You're gonna have the best careers.Come on.God's gonna supply everything you need.'Cause how many know God wants Victory Outreach to put more churches in more cities?And God's gonna bless you 'cause He can trust you.Give God a shout like He can get it through you, He can get it to you.I better leave that alone because I can feel the tension, since it's not my house.It's okay.It's fine.No, no, it's good.Pastors, that's, you know, I'm just here to support.But I'm telling you, that thing needs to continually be preached, and you gotta give your pastor permission to preach it.Yeah.Yeah.Because it has to be broken.And faith, it'll never come unless you hear it preached like this under the anointing.It can't be fleshly.It's a revelation.It's a spiritual authority.It's a force that comes to break the spirit of mammon and release the supernatural blessing of God.Give God one more praise like you are the head and not the tail.Like you're the owner.Your Father owns the cattle.I, I ca- I, uhPraise the Lord.I'll just leave it alone.Somebody say I got good news.You got the right neighbor next to you?Yeah.You sure?This is how you know, 'cause the, the way that you know, they're talking back to you.Oh my God.If they ain't talking back, be like'Cause I got to hear that word.Come on.Yeah.Faith cometh by- Hearing.I got to hear it.ISo tellAsk your neighbor, "So you're the right neighbor?"Then you got to talk to me now.You got to talk to me, son.Come on.Come on.Tell me, tell me there's good news for me now.I wanna hear.Come on.There's good news to the poor.There's good news to the broken-hearted.Psalms 147:3, He heals the broken-hearted.Man, our God is a good God.He's a Father.Man, He's so good.Lord, You're so good.And He binds up their wounds.It's like a medication.One scripture says, "Is there not a balm in Gilead?"Is there not a healing balm?And in the spirit world, there's a healing balm.You know, when I came in the home, I, I was like, had a lot of soul wounds, you know?Yeah.Just wounded.You know, when I was a little guyA lot, a lot of you are gonna be able to, uh, uh, identify.Uh, Victory Outreach, I, I know you'll be able to identify with this.You know, as a little boy, my mom and dad divorced.So I, I, you know, I grew up with my dad.I love my dad.Um, and you know, and so I'd go with my dad on the weekends.I think I liked it 'cause he lived on the farm, and we were able to run wild, you know?Then I'd go to my mom's during the week, and she raised us during the week, and we went to school.So farm, school, you know?I choose farm.But, uh, and, and, and then one day around Christmas time, my dad shows up and, uh, uh, he gives me a bunch of toys and says, "Son, I'll see youYou know, Spanish, I'll see you, I'll see you next week."And so I said, "Great."I had all the little toys, but what I didn't realize was that was the last time he would ever give me a gift.Yeah.'Cause my dad didn't come back the next week or the next or the next.And finally my mom, she said, "I don't think your dad's coming back."How do you tell a little kid that, a little 7yearold, "Your dad ain't coming back"?Yeah.But she just assumed he wasn't, 'cause she couldn't get ahold of nobody.He just fell off the map.He had another family, and they just went on and, and just left us.Yeah.And it broke me.I, IWhen I saySome of you will be, really be able to relate, 'cause I can tell if you're pulling.It's great.It'sWhen something breaks in you, um, it's almost like you can hear it.Yeah.And, and you canIt's, it's just moments.You just know I w- I, I was broken.My soul was broken there.And then I turned to my stepfather to raise me, and hefirst of all, he was a racist.Yeah.He didn't like Mexicans.Confused.And then he didn't like me 'cause I looked like my dad.Yeah.So I had a, I had a double whammy there.And he, and, and, and, and, and the physical abuse is tor- terrible, but the verbal is what really cursed, cur- put a curse on me.I'm gonnaThat's how you curse people.Like, you go to curandera, you go to witch or, likeAnyway, we'll leave that alone.But anyway- Yeahthat, that, that, those areThey, they curse with words.That's how they curse.They don't physically go to somebody and curse them.And they're, they're real curses, by the way.Yeah.Yeah.Yeah.Because spirits, the spirit world is moved by words.Yeah.Angels are moved by words, and so are demons.We speak God's Word.Amen, somebody.We don't, we don't agree with hell.Amen.But those words were cursed, and he just told me all these words.And, and I carried those words.Look, I carried them as an adult.I, I used to think no one's gonna ever want me.Even as a Christian in the, in the home, I, I didn't think I was ever gonna actually get married.Yeah.Because I thought when she finds out who I really am, she'll leave me, because I had a wound.Yeah.Yeah.Come on.Come on, somebody.Yes.I had a wound and a deep wound, and then, and then just one thing after another.And he would abuse me with, like, those words every day.Yeah.All day.And he'd wait till my mom turned away, and then he'd go after me And it broke me.And it destroyed my soul.So when I came to Jesus- Come onI came shattered.Yeah.But the Bible says the Lord is close- Yeahto the broken-hearted.Yeah.And he rescues those whose spirits are crushed.It literally means those who have been shattered emotionally.There's one in Asia, there's one, um, China, it's one of the most expensive China pieces you can buy, and it's because it's made out of broken pieces.Yeah, yeah.It's like aIt's a, it's a, it's a beautiful bowl that was broken, and then they, th- then they put the bowl back together, but where it's cracked, they mend it back with gold.Yeah.So it's worth more than it was ever before.Yeah.And that's what God does in our lives.The wounds and the hurts, he puts them back with His anointing.Come on, somebody.And he turns our pain into power, and he turns our test into a testimony.Yeah.That's the grace of God.God didn't sit there and have my father leave me and have me abused.That, My God, my father doesn't do that.But what my God can do when we surrender- Yeahand we s- step into that anointing, that's why you're in the home.Yeah.That's why we have altar calls.That's why we have family group because we're creating environment, an environment for the anointing to show up and begin to p- repair and heal the wounds of the heart.And nobody can heal a heart like our God and the power and the anointing of the Holy Spirit.the first year in the home, I just wept like a baby.What was happening, I was being healed on the altars of God.Yeah.And somebody's watching me right now or you're here, and you have a soul wound today.Maybe you've gone through a recent breakup, a divorce, and your heart's wounded.Yeah.And, and, and, and it's broken right now.Listen, the one thing you don't wanna do if you've gone through a breakup, you don't break up and to go get a rebound.Yeah.Catch you on the reCome on, now.I'm preaching now.I'm in the Kool-Aid.I'm in the Gatorade.Yeah.Right?Yeah.If you've gone through a breakup, let God heal you first.Yeah.If you've gone through a hardship in life, I don't suggest you startIf you're single, I s- I don't suggest you start dating right away.No.Give God some time to heal you.Yeah.By the way, s- the people you like today, I'm telling you right now, in a c- year from now when you get delivered, you won't even like that kind of person anymore.When you first get saved, you like them hoochie mamas.Yeah.But I'm preaching now.Come on.But after a while, you realize hoochie mama ain't wife material.Yeah.I used to be a hoochie, but now Jesus set me free.And they got them hoochie boys too.Come on, now.Players.Players don't just the sad stories.I've, I, I've hadI've been running homes and all this for many years.32 years now.I'm a OG.Yeah.I'm 51 now.Come on, now.So I, I've been around.Yeah.Yes.And so II've had a long time in recovery ministry.Yeah, yeah.So, soBut I've seen it.Like, the, the wives put the guys in the home and she needs money, and I understand she's struggling.Like, "Come, come on.Get out of the home.I need you.I need"And I tell her, "Leave him in there."Right.Yeah.He's not right yet.I know he speaks in tongues, but he ain't right.Come on.His mind is cuckoo.He don't, he don't, he don't know yet.When the pressure comes, he gonna relapse.Oh.Let him get nice and free.Yeah.Amen.And it's gonnaYou're gonna suffer right now, but weeping endures for night.After you get him when he's right, joy will come in the morning.Yeah.You know what, you know how many guys I've had to bury?I've had to bury them because they left too early.Yeah.That's the thing about this kind of ministry, for this is a last stop ministry.Yeah.Ours is like that.Lord told me a long time ago, this will beNot for everybody, of course, but somefor a lot of our people, it's a last stop.Yeah.So don't, don't play with it.That'sDon't think you have another thing.Some of you are on, like me, borrowed time.Yeah.Lord told me, "You backslide, you die."Yeah.See, this ain't, this ain'tI ain't preaching this all over the world, but I'm preaching this right now because there's somebody that needs to hear what I'm saying.We're in the vein right now.We're in a flow.Yeah.Don't play with this stuff.The devil's trying to kill, steal, destroy.The anointing needs to heal your heart.God wants to b- heal that little boy in you, wants to heal that little girl in you.You're not an orphan.You're not gonna walk around insecure.You're not gonna walk around intimidated.You can walk into any boardroom, any environment because God's gonna raise you the right way.He's gonna repair you to raise you.Let me prophesy.He's Jesus Christ, the righteous are as bold as a lion.Yeah.When I tried to go back to school, the devil would say, "You don't belong in this school."You couldn'tBecause I, I couldn't read and write and speak.Yeah.The, all the craziness.It was crazy what happened to me.When the demon left me, it took my ability to talk and everything.And then the drugs, I was just was gone.When I went back to school, the, the devil's like, "You don't belong here.You're stupid.What are you doing here?Get out of here."And I was intimidated, and I was insecure, but I fought that devil, said, "No, no, no.My Father has me here.""And my Father is with me.And my Father is gonna help me."And he did.And I went to school, and I graduated.Come on, give God a praise- Yeahlike you're gonnaYou'reSome of you are gonna go back to school.Some of youSee, s- right now, God, some of you, your destiny's still wrapped in your past pain.Yeah.And if you don't allow God to begin to heal that stuff and lift that orphan spirit, you'll never achieve what God has.Because what God has, eye has not seen, and ear has not heard, and neither has entered the heart of aAnd for some of you, it's not even you.It's what God's gonna use your kids to do.But you got to break through so they can break through, and you can have a generational blessing and a generational breakthrough.Give God a shout like you got generational blessing.Blessing inside.And the truth is like the blessing.It makes freedom.The truth will make you free.Yeah.And that's why back in the day when I was really starting to come up, uh, I was just in the Word, in the Word, in the Word because it was transforming me.And, you know, I used to get real, real angry, you know, real mad.And, uhOh, Lord.Okay.Lord, help me.See, this is gonna be- Preachthis is getting gooder.Yeah.Somebody say freedom.Freedom.From sin.Freedom from addiction.Freedom from addiction.Freedom from shame.Shame off you.Hallelujah.There's no place for shame.When I first started this journey in faith in the home, I w- I would, I would be s- I'd get so excited in church.I'd so, so much the joy of the Lord, you know, the joy of my salvation.I was likeAnd I danced the, like David danced.I don't care what nobody say.And then, and then I'dIn the middle of worship I'm like, "Yeah."And then I'd have these, like, visions of me back in the day doing bad things.Yeah.Well, you know, that's the devil shooting a fiery dart.Yeah.And shame would come over me.And this feeling of just like, man, I ruined my life.And, and I had that battle, and I had to fight the enemy.And I remember one time God said, "Listen, we gotWe, we're not gonna keep going in circles here."That's right.The devil got you going in circles.You gotta go in in circles, boy.Yeah.YouWe're gonna break this cycle off your life.Break the cycle, and then we're gonna make disciple.So we gotta break this thing.So he's like, "Listen, either I'm the Lord that forgives you of all your sin- Rightor none of them."Amen."I'm either, I'm either Lord of all or not Lord at all."Lord."And we're gonnaEither I, I, either I've forgiven you or not."Yeah."You keep bringing this up, and you and the devil bringing this up."Like God, I'm like, "I'm sorry, Lord."Sorry for what?I don't know what you're talking about.I forgot it already.Right.What you talking about?Come on, I forgot about it.God, God the Father, I forgot about it.But I bring it up because the devil will bring it and then I, ugh.And the Lord's like, "Stop it.No more shame.Shame off of you."Yeah.It's under the blood now.Come on.If, if you confess your sin, he's faithful, he's just to forgive you and to cleanse you.Can't go forward looking back.Yeah.It's impossible.Yeah.You gotta let that lift off you, and then when the devil brings it back like a bird of the air, little demon, eee, get out of here.Come on.Vamanos.Get out of here.Come on.And I'dBut, but, but you, but back in the day, we didn't have like, you know, what we have now, phones, where we can listen to the Word all the time.So we'd have like 3by5 cards.So I'd be reading them all the time.Reading them all the time.That's how I got my freedom, meditating in the Word of God day and night.1, one thing I learned about it, though, it's powerful.The same word that makes you free will elevate you, too.Yeah.It's a spiritual discipline.I'll leave that alone.And the, and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.Freedom from sin, freedom from addiction, freedom from shame, freedom from fear, freedom from guilt, freedom from bitterness, freedom from unforgiveness, and every chain the enemy has ever used to bind us.Yeah.If the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.Come on.I used to get soNow, the, I, I, I don't wanna open this up too much because it'll just, we won't be able toIt's like a genie in the bottle.But this is powerful.Good stuff.This is powerful.This is deliverance stuff right here.Yeah.Come on.So I used to get angry.I was, I was a Christian.I loved the Lord.I got baptized in the Holy Ghost in the men's home.Nobody prayed for me, nothing.Just came on me and sha- sha, da, do, boo, shoo, doo, sha, shaka, doo, doo, boo, Shanda, should have bought a Honda.I mean, just boom.Loud, too.Ah, da, da, da.Like, like I didn't want it to turn off.Yeah.The sprout was turned on when the glory comes out, and I was gone.I was like, wow.But I'd still get angry.And then one time, uh, this, the pastor's brother.He was notYou know, he was in the home, too.So he was, he was the pastor's brother, but you know, he was, he was in the home with me.And so he was a little bit wild, and he- Yeahhe, he, he, he, he, he gave me like a, a fake word, a false word.Yeah.And, and, and, and then w- w- when, when the, when the, when the, one of the, the staff found out it was a false word, a- and he said, "Hey, why, why would this guy give you a false word?"Then I got mad.I said, "Why you giving me a false word?"Ah.And he cussed at me.Exa- Yeah, see?You wasn't that saved either.And I punched him.Pah.Now, and I punched him through the window.Yeah.And I've seen this a lot.Yeah.Come out blood, doingI'm going Mexico.Come on, now.But he came out, not a scratch.Not a scratch.Only where I hit him.He probably deserved it.No, I'm just kidding.And, and he c- A- a- and then, and then I realized something was wrong with me.'Cause us- I used to punch people and then one and then the other punch and then the kick and then bite, whatever.Yeah.And I'd, I'd get excited.But when I punched him this time, I felt bad.Amen.I said, "I know I was changed."I said, "Something's wrong with me."So I went in the room, in the bathroom, and I said, "Lord, what's wrong with me?You're, you're not supposed to be a snapper.That's, that's supposed to be gone from me.I'm, I'm a Christian now.What, what's wrong with me?"And then I had to see my director, 'cause I gotta get kicked out.Yeah.'Cause you know, you can't punch people.And my, thank God for my, that, that moment, 'cause he said, "I'm, I have to kick you out, 'cause you can't, you can't be having people, punching people in the home.It's not gonna happen."And right- and that's rightfully so.Yeah.You know what I mean?You can't be laying hands on people.Yeah.Like that.And, a- and, and he said, "But I can't."I saidHe said, "Because the Lord just told me if I kick you out, you're gonna be, you're gonna die."And I broke.And he goes, "But I gotta discipline you."That's right.And I said, "Okay.I don't wanna get kicked out.I don't, I don't want toI want, I wanna serve Jesus now."He said, "Okay."So they put me on dishes.Yeah.Now, we had a big home.Yeah.47 men.Yeah.See, I preached all over the world, but this is, I can, I can like talk about it.So we had like 47 men.So that's a lot of home.Yeah.And big pans, like this big pan.Yeah.So I'm doing the dishes, right?And it's like after dinner, it's late, it's hot, it's sweaty.Oh, no, it's cold and sweaty.And I, and I'm doing dishes with hot water and it's like, ah.I'm getting delivered, right?Come on, somebody.I'm getting mad and then, and then, and then, and then one of the staff members walks up, and he's a big guy.And I just won't say too much.But he walks up like,And, and he like, "How you doing, brother?"And I saidI grabbed the pan, and the next thing I knew, in the spirit world- What happened was I saw myself whacking him.And I was that close.Yeah.And, and, and I said, "Count it all joy, brother."Come on, somebody.And he saw it on me.He's like, "Uh-oh."Then, then, then the Lord used him.He got out of the flesh real quick.He got in the spirit real quick.Yeah.And he go- he gave me a word.He goes, "Ja"He goes, "You need to go in that room right now and forgive your dad."And it felt like Mike Tyson hit me.Yeah.Back in the day Mike, not the new Mike.Back in the day Mike.And I s- and Ithe room started spinning, and I'm like, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, what just happened?"And so I went in the room, I got on my knees, and I just l- I, I, I said, "I forgive my dad, and I forgive him for"I forgave him, and I let it go.Yeah.And then, and then it my stepdad.That was, that was tough.I was like, "I don't want this anymore."Wow.And then the Holy Spirit, this, this blew my mind.He's like, "You need to forgive your mother."I'm Latino.We don't ever have to forgive our mom."It's like, it's like Jesus' mom and then everyone else, you know?And my mom was always there for me.But sh- he, he, he said, "Because as a child, you processed she chose him over you-" Oh"your stepdad."And I forgave my mom, and then I went down my brother who was bullying me, my stepsister, what she did.And then I went down all the exes and the ohs and, you know.It was a lot.And then I had to forgive myself.That was like 3 days.No.Nah, just kidding.And I justAnd, and the band come up, because if not, I won't close.We'll, we'll preach again and for you, but I don't know if I'm gonna be able to close today.But I got 1 point I wanna get to.And then so, so there it is.It's all I'm, I'm letting it go.I forgive, and then that night, I s- I'm justI, I go to sleep.I sleep really good.The next day, I wake up, and for the first time in my life, I could hear the birds.I was literally in the spirit for 3 days.Yeah.I was in the spirit world.I know what heaven's gonna be like.And I saw color for the first time.Yeah.Like the orange, I could see.Yeah.That m- burgundy, I could see.I could see reds.I could see blues.I couldI was, I was a Christian, but I was bound.And I was on the TBN with my friend Sammy Rodriguez, and he said, "You know what it was, Jason?'Cause Christians can't have demons, you know what I mean?We're born again."He said, "You were oppressed, and, and what happened is the moment you forgive, the enemy has 0 power."All right.Like 0 power.Come on, somebody.How many of you know Jesus has given us all authority?And the moment you for- it's like a jar, and that, that bitterness and anger is in there, and the moment'Cause the Bible says where there's bitterness, it defiles everything.Everything.All your relationship, every- you can't even be used.That's why sometimes people are bitter in church, you gotta quarantine them.Even ministers get bitter.You gotta qu- 'cause they just can'tThey just gossip.They just, they destroy.They destroy everything.If you're like that, you're gonna have to let thingWe're g- I think this is where we're going, by the way.Come on.You're gonna let, you're gonna have to let some things go.And, um, anyway.So I get free.I've never been angry like that since.Never been mad like that.I, I don't even know if I could fight anymore.I think I could.But not like that.That was a different kind of anger.It was gone.Who the son set free, sets free is free indeed.I remember reading those scriptures every day too, like, you know, f- about forgiving, letting go, and they used to make fun of me.I said, "I either read this or punch you in the face."They said, "Keep on reading, brother."you know what happened this year?And let's go and stand on our feet, 'cause w- I wanna close.We'll finish this another time.In your new building, right?Get that new building.Yeah.Across the street, in Jesus' name.Wow, that would be amazing.That'd be like, uh.Anyway, anyways, this year, I get a phone call.Um, it was actually September, so it would've been about a y- almost a year ago, that my dad died.And it hurt me, because I hadn't got to see him since I was a little boy, and it was a lot going on on that side of the family.Where that they didn't want us at the funeral.Especially one of my brothers, he was pretty, he's pretty angry.Like murder angry, like angry-angry.And so they're just like, "No."But they all knew I was a pastor now, and so they're like, "We wanna just, you know, let you know"My, my stepbrother called me."I wanted to let you know that this is what's happening."And he goes, "God just put it on my heart to, to fight for it, for you guys to be able to come."And the Holy Spirit said, "Pay for the funeral.Money answereth all things."I said, "You have money, Barrett?""No."I said, "I'll do it.I'll pay.I'll, I'll bury him.I'll, I'll do all that."And God worked it out.It ended up being at one of my good friend's churches.And, um, and then they said it all worked out where they asked me to do the funeral, and I said, "There's no way.I ain't doing that."And the Holy Spirit said, "You're gonna do that."It's 'cause you've already let it go, but your brothers and sisters and all them on the other side of the family, I need to heal.So I preached the funeral and I preached forgiveness.The first time I saw my dad was in that coffin physically, but I'd already forgiven him and I just said, "Dad, I'll see you in heaven.I know you're there."You know what I found out?He was living in shame.He'd beHe'd listen to my sermons every day.Oh.He was so proud of me.I never knew that, but he was ashamed, you know?He said, "I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll go s- talk to my son when, when I'm b- feeling better.I don't want him to see me like this."He was ashamed, and that was his issue, and he got to heaven, it's all over.But I'mBut the devil is a liar.Amen.And at that funeral, I went to my other f- side of the family, I won't say their names 'cause I thinkAnd I just said, "I forgive you and I love you," and I hugged my f- that side of the family, and they all, everyone started crying.God started healing.And next thing you know, I hear a big cry behind me.It's my brother, and he's, he's getting his freedom, and my sister and my brother and God did a miracle that day.But I refused to be bitter.I refused to hold onto anything.Like sometimes online, you got haters.It doesn't matter.I forgive them beforeAnd when I get up in the morning.I live in forgiveness.In Jesus' name, no one can make me angry or bitter.Wow.I refuse to be in that bondage ever again.Who the Son sets freeI said, who the Son sets free- free indeed.Is free indeed.Don't live bitter.Don't live resentful.Live free.And I, I don't have time to finish it up, but the, the good news, the eyes to, to the blind, that's vision.And Victor Rodriguez, your pastor, preaches that well to you.And this is the first message I heard when I got saved, and it changed me.And it's not just a cliche orThat God has a plan for your life.And the other one is favor.How many believe that God gives you supernatural favor?Now, how many believe there's good news for oppression?I gotta hit this real quick.How many believe there's good news for oppression?Yeah.So some of you here, you struggle with worry and anxiety and panic attack and sleep disorders, and all these things.Jesus came to bring you the peace that surpasses human understanding.He came to give you supernatural peace.You don't have to live in that oppression anymore.You can live in the peace of God, and you gotta hear that good news about the Prince of Peace, because there is a peace that comes from God.He said, "Come to me all you who labor and are harassed and tormented, and I'll give you rest."The enemy oppresses us with fear, anxiety, discouragement, but Jesus offers his peace.He said, "My peace I give to you.Not as the world gives do I give.So let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."There's a peace, but you got to yield to it, and you have to be trained how to yield to it.The other day I was dealing with somebody who had lost somebody, and I said, "Don't feel guilty about this, but what's gonna happen, the peace of God's gonna come over you, but you have to yield to it.You have to yield, you have to yield your thoughts and your words and your emotion to it.And what happened, it'll be supernatural.You'll miss your loved one.You'll still mourn.You'll still cry.That's natural.But that sorrow will leave.It won't be there because, because the spirit of heaviness will not rest upon your life, because you'll yield to the peace of God and it'll be supernatural.It'll surpass all understanding."Come on, somebody shout and clap like there's supernatural peace.So listen, think about Jesus.Storms everywhere.Where is Jesus?Asleep on a pillow, 'cause He's, He is God.Of course, He has the peace of God.He's God.Well, the same peace that's in God in heaven right now is available to you right now.No more sleepless nights.No more spirit of fear.No more anxiety.You're gonna yield to the peace of God with your thoughts, your words, and the peace of God's gonna flow like a river in your life.Give God one more shout of praise like heaviness is lifting off your life.You wanna why we increased assets, especially in the area of real estate.I've seen that firsthand.We just closed on a brand-new building in Long Beach.Come on, someIt never even hit the market.Let me tell you this.The last, the last 3 properties I purchased, none of them even hit the market, and the 4th one never hit the mar- That's 4 properties, now that I'm thinking of, back to back to back to back, never hit the market.Because when favor shows up, it shows up in every area, including real estate.Who's believing God for all that?Come on, give God a shout like you're ready.Somebody shout,
